Conditions for Returns / Refunds

The fees eligible for return are subject to:

• Academic Fees will be returned according to the institution’s rules and regulations.
• Registration Fees are non-refundable.
• Only Academic Fees qualify for a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for fees, subscriptions, or charges that do not meet the conditions above. Once a refund application is received, processing may take approximately 30 days. We will notify you by email once your request has been handled.
